Main dish

France has planty of signature main dishes, proper to its regions. One flagship main dish is the Ratatouille, reminding a famous mvie by Pixar. It is a traditional French Provencal (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur) stewed vegetable dish that originated in Nice.

There are a numerous number of French desserts such as the Saint-Honoré, Canelé, Crème brûlée, Macarons, Tarte Tatin and so on. Another famous dessert is the Mille-Feuille - "a thousand leaves" - it is crafted from thin layers of pastry.
